Heath P. Straka, Partner
Heath Straka is a partner who has been practicing for seven years, having graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 2000. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Wisconsin, the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Federal Claims. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Dane County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ). He is active with WAJ; having been the past Chair of the New Lawyers Section, a member of the Board of Governors, the Executive Committee (Regional Officer), the Legislative Committee, the Employment Law / Civil Rights Committee and a Contributing Editor of The Verdict. Heath is also active in his community -- he is a past Board Member for the McClellan Park Neighborhood Association. He lives in Madison with his wife, two sons and a daughter.
