Whatever the injury or issue may be, we strive to provide excellent, first-class representation and to help our clients every step of the way.

Personal Injury:

If you or a loved one have been injured, or if your family has lost a loved one as a result of the negligence or intentional misconduct of another party, our firm will represent your interests against the parties at fault and, if applicable, their insurance companies, to obtain fair compensation for your injuries. Our firm represents clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases recover for economic, physical, mental, and emotional harm. Obtaining compensation for those injuries often includes recovering monetary damages for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering. In addition, if the facts of the case warrant it, we seek, and have obtained, punitive damage awards.

Motor Vehicle Accidents - Many personal injuries result from car accidents and collisions involving automobiles, motorcycles, buses, and trucks. Drivers, passengers, or pedestrians may be injured as the result of such accidents, and these accidents may involve negligence on the part of the other driver. In addition to a simple failure to exercise ordinary care, an accident may be caused by drunk driving or reckless behavior. In any of those situations, if you are injured in an automobile accident, our firm can assist you in obtaining fair and reasonable compensation for your injuries.

Products Liability - Our firm has decades of experience and an excellent track record of representing individuals who have been injured as a result of an unsafe product that was designed, manufactured, sold, and/or furnished by another person or company. We assist those injured individuals in litigating their claims in order to receive compensation for their injuries. Our firm has represented individuals injured by machinery and tools, medical products, motor vehicles, firearms, asbestos, food and agricultural products, alcoholic beverages, pharmaceutical products, and recreational products.

Lender Liability - Simply stated, lenders must treat their borrowers fairly, and failure to do so can result in borrowers being damaged by the lender’s conduct. Our firm has litigated claims against lenders in cases involving fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duties, in order to help them obtain compensation for the harm they have suffered.

Worker's Compensation - We represent employees who are injured on the job in claims for lost wages and medical expenses against private industry, federal, state, and local government employers and their worker's compensation insurers.

Professional Malpractice :

Our firm is experienced in litigating professional malpractice cases. One of the most important and difficult tasks is to help clients determine at the outset whether or not malpractice has occurred. Our attorneys can help investigate whether someone or something has been injured as a result of the negligence or misconduct of individuals in the legal, medical, and health care professions. If significant harm has resulted from the negligence of a professional, our firm is well equipped to litigate the case in order to maximize the compensation the injured person is entitled to receive.

Medical Malpractice -
Physicians, surgeons, medical technicians, nurses, and other health care professionals owe a duty to their patients that is based on a recognized standard of care. Medical malpractice claims typically involve the negligent breach of the applicable standard of care and often involve negligent treatment or the failure to diagnose existing injuries or conditions that result in serious injuries, illness, disease, or suffering that may could have been avoided or prevented. Medical malpractice claims can involve serious injuries at all levels of the health care spectrum, from birth injuries and defects to heart attacks or elderly abuse. Our firm can help clients determine whether or not medical malpractice has occurred when you or someone you love is injured as a result of the negligence or misconduct of individuals in the medical field.

Legal Malpractice - Legal malpractice is defined as negligence, professional misconduct, or the failure to exercise a reasonable level of skill that results in injury, loss, or damages to a client. Our firm represents individual and business clients in legal malpractice claims against attorneys who fail to exercise ordinary skill, judgment, and diligence in the course of providing legal services to their clients.

Civil Rights:

Our firm has a premiere practice in the area of civil rights, which involves fundamental issues of human rights and freedoms. We represent clients who have been the victim of discrimination. Examples of discrimination cases that our firm handles are: sexual harassment, race, gender, age, disability, national origin, gender, and religion.

Our civil rights practice also extends to people whose Constitutional rights have been infringed upon. These cases often include people who have been the victim of misconduct perpetrated by the police or other government actors.

Employment Law - Employment law covers a complex network of laws that controls how employers must treat employees, former employees, and applicants for employment. Our firm has significant experience representing employees in employment discrimination cases. Common examples of such claims include cases for sexual harassment, gender discrimination, or race discrimination under the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act or Title VII. Other employment law cases include: First Amendment claims, employee benefits, whistleblower claims, wrongful discharge, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, the Federal Employer's Liability Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and special laws governing municipal employment.
In addition, if you have complained about discrimination or harassment in the work place, and have been retaliated against by your employer for making such a complaint, we may be able to represent you in a retaliation claim. In the context of the First Amendment, those cases are often referred to as Whistle blower cases.

Insurance Company Misconduct / Bad Faith :

Our firm helps injured individuals and their families with insurance claim disputes and coverage and liability issues involving business, auto, fire, disability, and homeowners policies.

Insurance companies owe their own insureds a duty of good faith and fair dealing – a fiduciary duty. If the insurance company breaches that duty, we represent the insured in what is called a “bad faith” claim against the insurance company.

Bad faith claims against an insurance company could involve the wrongful denial of a claim, wrongful denial of coverage, or the failure to protect the insured from an excess judgment.
